There Is No Third Sex

Be there any out there so naive as to not believe so, the hidden agenda of the extreme Neo-Liberal Left in coalition with extreme political advocate organizations of the Homosexual Community, is for the legal establishment, within science and law of a - Third Sex.

Simply put, there is no moral or scientific justification for such a legal or scientific status being granted. And to the readers of this editorial please take note: the author is no 'flaming Right Wing Neo-Conservative or religious fanatic.' On the contrary, in general and by their reaction to my editorials, most of that group regard me as a 'Closet Liberal' (even though I am not) and they tend to hate my guts.

For the record, this author is not a self-declared 'homophobe.' I truly accept that homosexuals are human beings who should have access to basic social rights. But they must accept that they are not a separate species within an established species, bur rather a biological malfunction within a species, and most certainly not a Third Sex. They suffer from a 'sexual disability' that does not allow them to function in the 'normal' male-female relationship, even though they are still dictated to by a sex-drive. Some accommodation should be made for them to participate in American society with respect. However, the majority of Americans do insist that in order to do so, they must not be accommodated at the cost of either the destruction of Heterosexual oriented morality or its radicalization to the point that is totally unrecognizable to our youth.. And most important, our children must be allowed to be taught and structured to 'Normal' human sexual behavior, and not be institutionally confused to the difference between the two by extreme Liberal forces intent on restructuring our society to fit their jaded view of what is or is not socially just.

For the purpose of this editorial I will state that I am Agnostic and not in any way moved in this instance by religious fervor. My background and motivations are purely scientific in nature, and I will state simply that real Science is the sole arbiter of what is and what isn't biologically. Therefore, it is imperative that we prevent the imposition of a politically devised pseudo-science prerogative, judicially imposed as an inclusive extension to real science. So I repeat for effect, on this planet - 'There is no third sex'.

There is, however, a movement within certain quarters of our society to declare Homosexuality as just such, and to enforce and inflict that mandate upon society as a legal and moral status. Should they succeed, the social ramifications from the institution of such an act will be far reaching. In fact, they will extend right into your children's school, your workplace and even your home. The first beachhead of this movement is already in place: it's known as - The Politically Correct Movement.

The Politically Correct Movement as presently employed, is really a covert effort to force compliancy upon the adult population, through their children, to the demands of advocates and supporters of the Gay Political Mandate. Hence the filing of California senate bill 1234.

This California initiative is stealthily timed to coincide with the possible passage by the U.S. Senate of Rep.Barney Frank's Employment Non Discrimination Act of 2007 (HR 2015), and the following proposed bills:HR-2232 & S1345 Clarification of Federal Employment Protections Act, and S 1105 - the Matthew Shepard Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Protection Act of 2007.

It is highly important to note that these bills in total will, for the first time, add "Sexual Orientation" and "Gender Identity" into federal law. Unorthodox sexual behaviors and practices will then have federal protection extended to them under the laws currently provided for legitimate minority groups. In effect, your elected representatives and senators will be, in essence, 'normalizing and protecting' a whole range of bizarre sexual addictions and behavior patterns.

Once again be warned of this action because of the following: The American Psychiatric Association in its publication, Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) has listed numerous 'sexual orientations', included among them - pedophilia and bestiality.

The Undeclared Agenda

As much as they try to avoid stating their purpose in a clear concise language that risks revilement by the general public, we all know that the real desired end result of the stealth campaign by the advocates of 'Homosexual Equality.' It is the legal establishment and eventual social acceptance of the Principle of a Third Sex - medically, scientifically and legally. Once such a status has been established, it will open the door to their cause to all levels of society, in the same manner that the successful usurping of the term 'disease' did for their cohorts in the psychology arena.

From the 1920's to the early 1960's, the emotional and disabling afflictions of alcoholism, depression and addictions went quietly from being psychological and physical conditions to 'diseases.' Again, very carefully, think about that!

Although it is true that one can inherit the pre disposition to develop cancer from one's relatives - there is virtually nothing one can do about it except to seek medical care should the cancer develop. One can, however, avoid alcoholism by simply not drinking alcohol. It's as simple as that. Don't buy or imbibe any alcohol. The cancer victim does not have that choice. But over the years from the 1960's to present, the Liberal community has managed quite successfully to equalize the dire plight of cancer patient to that of the alcoholic. Now, in a slightly altered approach, they are campaigning to do the same for the Homosexual.

The Unstated Plan

There is an unstated plan afoot in this campaign by the extreme Liberal Left and the extreme Gay Community, and I would be willing to wager that it goes something like the following:

Goal 1: Gain recognition of not only homosexuals as a Third Sex, but acceptability of Transvestites and Transsexuals as well.

Goal 2: Have all societal laws scaled to include these sexual disciplines (generally referred to by the Liberal Left as lifestyles of choice) included within the scope of their coverage on all levels. Inclusive would be marriage, divorce, alimony awards, adoption and whatever else that can tossed into the pot.

Note: On March 29, 2007 in Clearwater Florida, ruled that a woman's sex change operation did not free her ex-husband from alimony obligations. And in September of 2004, an Ohio court ruled that a Montgomery County man must continue to pay alimony to his transsexual ex-wife because, in the eyes of the court, her sex change wasn't reason enough to violate the agreement.

Goal 3: Next, having achieved the legal legs, they will demand inclusion of their lifestyles into the educational curriculum at the early grades, and eventually throughout the entire public school system. Attainment of this goal will allow them to attain the inclusion of their beliefs, on an equal basis, with those normally taught to the children of heterosexuals. Inclusive in the new educational program will be the acceptance of varied 'lifestyles' and family structures, and will most definitely include the depiction of Gay Marriages and Gay Parenting as - Normal.
Please note with justifiable alarm: once these forces successfully achieve their final goal, it will be all over for the rest of us. Normality will have been deftly severed from any discussion of sexuality in the minds of the country’s youth, and any organized attempt to reintroduce the definition will be regarded and prosecuted as discrimination.

The Gay Quest for Unrestricted Social Inclusion

Homosexual individuals, with particular reference to the males are, by nature, predatory creatures simply because they are male: they are, by documented historical evidence to date, continually on the lookout for daily sexual conquests. For whatever reason, this urge is far stronger in homosexual men than heterosexual males. If however the move to grant them equal access to all levels of society, as though they were Normal, society will have no legal grounds to apply selective restriction on their participation. Once again I ask you to think about this very carefully.

We will not be able to deny or restrict the an openly gay males from becoming Boy Scout leaders, Day Care Providers, School Bus Drivers or Crossing Guards. And under the presently applied Rules of Political Correctness, we may not even be allowed to question the motives of such individuals, seeking these or analogous positions. In fact, those in power with the authority to do so may be subject to discrimination or harassment lawsuits. And it is well to be pre cautioned that, if they openly express moral reservations or outrage, such liability might very well apply to parents of children that may be placed in the individual's charge.

It should also be noted that the legal and social establishment of Homosexuality as a Third Sex will ultimately expose the America public to a far greater danger Be warned, there is a long line of other social outcast applicant groups waiting to enter through that same door.

Opening Pandora's Box

Already there are claims to Legal Social Acceptance by a host of other normally outcast groups. The courts are being besieged by a slew of court cases, brought by individuals who want the tax paying public to fund their sexual gender transformation. Others are demanding the right to expose the public to their cross dressing in defiance of their actual sexual gender. And still others are demanding the right to have legal sexual relations with under the age of consent minors of both sexes, and in many cases children of single digit age. Where will it end; legal acceptance of having sex with animals?

The California Student Safety and Violence Prevention Act of 2000

(Assembly Bill 537)

This bill being proposed in the California senate is the opening shot in a major battle about to come.In essence, what they are trying to do, finally, is to eliminate or worse, change forever, the term - Normal - as it applies to humans and socially accepted human behavior and practices.

It is a battle of great strategic importance to the moral balance of this nation, and to the integrity of the world of Science. These people are about to use your children as guinea pigs in a test of a proposal so abominable it defies adequate description. Read it for yourself and you, the Normal people decide. Is this the future you want for your children, your family, your country?

[Under the California Student Safety and Violence Prevention Act of 2000 (AB 537), all California schools have a duty to protect students from discrimination and/or harassment on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity.]

To those of you who think such a bill title as the above could not in any way be construed to mean any more than protecting children from discrimination or bullying, read the above carefully. Take specific note that it mandates such protection on the basis of ...sexual orientation or gender identity.

This bill has very little if anything to do with racial or cultural discrimination or harassment. What this bill is about is the staking of a claim to the arena of "Normal Socially Accepted Behavior" by those of "Sexual Preference". Don't believe me? ...Then read carefully the following:

In the Spring of 2000, former State Superintendent Delaine Eastin established an advisory task force to identify ways to implement the California Safety and Violence Prevention Act of 2000 . The California Student Safety and Violence Prevention Act of 2000 (Assembly Bill 537) was enacted to amend California Education Code specifically prohibiting discrimination against and harassment of students and staff in schools on the basis of sex, ethnic group identification, race, national origin, religion, color, or mental or physical disability. This law added the provision that all students and staff in public schools have the same right to a safe learning environment, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

Senate Bill 1234

The Legislature has recently defined "gender" for purposes of identifying hate crimes and eliminating unlawful discrimination in public schools in SB 1234, amending Penal Code Section 422.58 as follows:

"Gender" means sex, and includes a person's gender identity and gender related appearance and behavior whether or not stereotypically associated with the person's assigned sex at birth.

ACLU's FIRST POLITICAL STAND

For many years I have backed and contributed to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), and will most likely continue to do so: I think they are a vital part of the American Constitutional protection legal structure. The defense of individual rights as set forth in the constitution is of vital importance. So much so, that I and others have been willing to stomach the large majority of cases (most disgusting) that the ACLU have fought for over the years. But with this cause, I now do so with protest. It would appear that the ACLU itself has been taken over by the extreme Left, and they are now employing their auspices as a Constitutional battering ram to, virtually, change the moral landscape of this country - forever.

As We Head Into the Moral Sewer of History

I and all other sane past supporters of the ACLU need to remain in the breach with this organization; dropping out changes nothing. The officers of the ACLU must be made to understand that their primary mission is to back the Constitutionally challenged rights of individuals, not to back causes or social movements - particularly those of such socially divergent groups.

However, it is very clear that what is about to be attempted by the extreme Liberal environment poses an incredible threat to the moral fabric and framework of this once great nation. If they can successfully push this lewd legislation through, in the future, with the willing and able assistance of 'activists' judges, they can initiate the assault on the rest of us to make this in some form or manner ... the new law of the land. In short, we as Americans must not allow this to happen! Not now, not ever!
